Hey friends! Today I am so excited to share a new expansion coming for Stonespine Architects by Thunderworks Games! In the new expansion, Stonespine Architects Invasion players deploy their boss monster and its minions to their dungeon at the end of each round to defend their expanding dungeon against invading heroes. The player to defeat the most heroes without letting any escape will be awarded a bonus, but all players will earn experience for their monster to unlock unique abilities and scoring opportunities. Enjoy the video!

The Reiner Knizia board game Tutanchamun first came out in 1993 in Germany. It's a bit of an oldie! In this video I compare the two English versions: Tutankhamen (2004 Out of the Box) and Tutankhamun (2021 25th Century).
Board Gems highlights older board and card games that are still great games today, and deserve to not be forgotten!
Hey friends! IT'S HAPPENING!! The Cream Of The Crop 2.0 is starting soon and I am so excited! I did this video before getting into my top games back in 2024 and I figured I would do another one for this year. So if you guys were wondering why specific games weren't in my top 100, this is why. I just haven't had the opportunity to play them enough. Enjoy the video friends!

Container is one of the most talked-about economic board games ever designed, but does it still deserve its legendary reputation? In this review, I take a deep dive into this heavyweight shipping and trading game to see whether it's a timeless masterpiece or an overhyped relic of the past.
In this video, I'll cover:
How Container plays
The core economic and market mechanics
What makes the game unique
The biggest strengths and weaknesses
Whether it's worth hunting down a copy in 2026
If you enjoy ruthless player-driven economies, fluctuating markets, and games where every decision can make or break your fortunes, Container might be exactly what you're looking for. But be warned—this is not a game for those who like their strategy games gentle.
Let me know in the comments:
Have you played Container? Is it a masterpiece or a ship that's finally sailed?

Today, we are taking a look at Foxglove Farm from Alley Cat Games.
We hope you'll enjoy the video, and that it will help you find out if this is a game for you or not :)
We speedily review this fantasy war game made by an old MTG artist! Christopher Moeller’s Burning Banners has 2-6 players playing one of 6 asymmetric fantasy factions like orcs or dwarves, mostly to try to conquer each other. It has 4 included maps for variable scenarios, and has plenty of ameritrash ideas like dice rolling and critical hits off of rolling black dice. There’s a great amount of decision making with building and deciding how to use your many unit’s 1 actions, but that may cause problems in multiplayer…
Games mentioned: Twilight Struggle, Root, Pandemic Legacy Season 1, Tiny Epic Kingdoms, Sol: Last Days of a Star, War of the Ring 2nd Edition, Crusader of the Rex, Hammer of the Scots, Bloodstones

What is a blind spot in the context of the board game hobby? How do we view them and which games do we consider to be our blind spots? In this episode we go through the process of narrowing down our blind spots and also talk about the games we aren't so keen to put on the list.
